EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Wonders offers store credit in the form of a digital gift card for eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original, sealed condition
Due to the limited nature of many of our products, we do not usually offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used items.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
If you are not happy with your product, please contact us and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
At our discretion, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. However, unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, Wonders will not be responsible for return postage costs, original shipping charges, or any additional postage fees.
Products must be returned in the condition agreed with us before any refund or credit is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit where an item has been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Wonders is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered shipments. If you experience delivery issues, please contact your local postal service or courier directly.
Where a replacement is issued, Wonders reserves the right to use an alternative shipping method.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at:

Please do not open the item. Opened items may not be eligible for exchange, refund, or credit, even if supplied in error.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take care to package all orders securely; however, damage in transit can occasionally occur.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery

- Include your order number
- Include clear images of the item and packaging
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
We reserve the right to refuse replacement, refund, or credit where damage is deemed to result from misuse, handling after delivery, or carrier negligence.
Please do not dispose of damaged items or packaging, as they may be required for return or inspection before a resolution can be offered.
